Last night we said goodbye to our HR and operations director, Alison Knocker, after 13 years at BHP. Ali has seen the company through many ups and downs and  always been a real trouper – five office moves, 78 employees and lots of juicy HR stuff in between, all handled with a big smile and a large dose of humour.

Thanks for everything Ali – we’ll miss you. And in your next role, don’t forget the BHP survival guide for new staff…

   Everyone at BHP certainly gave me, and my Olympic-driving alter ego, a monumental send-off.

   BHP has been a brilliant place to work and wherever my next job lands me, it’ll be hard to match the talent. creativity and (as witnessed by the photo) huge fun of all my (ex-) colleagues at BHP over the past 13 years.

   A massive thanks to them all.
